A good friend told me about Cultural Passes that the public Libraries give out. They consist of free passes to see different attractions in the area. In order to get them you have to wait in line before the Library even opens. David and I got really lucky and showed up a little late and were second in line. We scored tickets for both the Phoenix Children's Museum and Science Center.
We are saving the Science center passes to go with some friends on Monday. However, yesterday Liliana and I braved the Children's museum by ourselves. She had a GREAT time, but i'll let you see for yourself...
Guess what she did after this picture???
I just have to add how much I love being a mommy and taking my daughter to fun places like Library Story Time, Parks, and Museums.

Easter Post
My parents came on Friday and my Cousin Angelica from Chile came on Easter Sunday. We all had a blast! Saturday David and I took Liliana to Midwestern for a Easter Egg Hunt. It was a bust because it was all done before we even got there. Disappointed we left David at school (to study all day) and Lili and I went home. On the way we saw a bunch of cars at a local park. I pulled over because I realized it was another Easter Egg Hunt. Only this time Liliana was actually able to find some eggs.

1st Ever Daddy Daughter Date!
I scheduled Liliana's last swim class on a Saturday. Then thought since it was on a Saturday her daddy could take her. They were both super excited. The place is just one and one-half miles away so I jogged there and made on time to spy on them a little a take some pictures.

Drive or Ride
David and I share our Toyota Camry. Every morning we go through the same song and dance about David driving or hitching a ride with Phil or Josh (school buddies). This morning I wanted the car, but Liliana was still asleep when David needed to leave so HE TOOK THE CAR. I write it like that because when he came home today I saw Josh's car drive away. When he walked in I asked if he got a ride home and he said "yeah" then I said "didn't you drive to school today?" Needless to say our only car is now parked at Mid-Western University. I don't know why, but I think this is one the funniest things that has happened in our almost 3 years of marriage. In David's defense I was gone all last week and he had to get rides home everyday (therefore, easy mistake).
